WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Much of what you experience today with your Online Banking will remain the same with CSB.

On October 5th, your new Online Banking account will be available for you to use. We will be sending you an email to confirm when services are available but below are some key action items that we wanted you to be aware of when you log in for the first time.

LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME


1. Go to cambridgesavings.com

2. Enter in your username

In most cases, your username will remain the same as what you have been using as a Melrose Bank customer. If your username needs to be updated, we have reached out to you already.

3. Enter in your NEW initial password

Your Year of Birth (i.e. 4 digit year) + The Last 4 Digits of Your Social Security Number.

4. Upon log in, you will be prompted to update your password

USING MOBILE BANKING


DOWNLOADING THE CSB MOBILE BANKING APP: Please search for "Cambridge Savings Bank" at the Apple Store or on Google Play to download.

SETTING UP MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT: For easy deposits of your checks, please set up mobile check deposit by clicking on the check deposit icon at the bottom of your screen and accepting the mobile deposit disclosure. Once your profile has been set up, you will receive an email with your mobile deposit limits.

DELETING THE OLD MELROSE BANK MOBILE BANKING APP: To eliminate any confusion, you may also want to delete the Melrose Bank app from your device.

SETTING UP ETRANSFERS


If you have eTransfers (Bank to Bank Transfers) with Melrose Bank, you’ll want to set those up in CSB’s Online Banking.

1. Click on the Transfers tab

2. Under the External Transfers section, click on Schedule an eTransfer

3. Follow the instructions for set up

eTransfers are only available in Personal Online Banking.

SETTING UP POPMONEY TRANSFERS


If you have PopMoney (Person-to-Person payments) with Melrose Bank, you’ll want to set those up in CSB’s Online Banking.

1. Click on the Transfers tab

2. Under the External Transfers section, click on Schedule a PopMoney

3. Follow the instructions to set up contacts

PopMoney is only available in Personal Online Banking.

MODIFY YOUR QUICKEN/QUICKBOOK/MINT SETTINGS (BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY)


You will need to modify your Quicken/QuickBooks/Mint settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Please reference the appropriate user guide(s) via the link below and pay special attention to the dates next to each task as this information is time sensitive.

Please note that action is required both before system integration begins (on or before 10/1/2020) as well as after the integration is complete (on or after 10/6/2020).
