Please carefully review the below dates to learn more about bank and account access availability as well as key detail and action items that may be needed for your accounts and services post system integration. 

FROM FRIDAY 10/2 AT 5:00 PM—SUNDAY 10/4* ALL BRANCHES AND SOME ACCOUNT ACCESS SERVICES WILL BE UNAVAILABLE AS WE MIGRATE YOU TO THE CSB SYSTEM.

*ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING ANTICIPATED TO BE AVAILABLE MONDAY 10/5 BY 4:00 PM

LATE SEPTEMBER | NEW CSB DEBIT CARDS MAILED

Towards the end of September, you will receive your new CSB debit card.

You may start using this card on Monday 10/5.

Instructions regarding the activation and use of your card will be mailed with your card and are also included within this site.

THURSDAY 10/1 | ONLINE BANKING, BILL PAY, MOBILE BANKING, ETRANSFERS, POPMONEY

Online and Mobile Banking remain available.

However, as of 10/1, you should not have any eTransfers (Bank to Bank Transfers) or PopMoney Transfers (Person-to-Person Transfers) set to occur in your existing Melrose Bank Online or Mobile Banking. If you utilize these services, you should note any information so that you are able to re-establish eTransfers or PopMoney Transfers (Person-to-Person Transfers) within your new CSB Online Banking account because this information will not carry over from the Melrose Bank system.

In addition, bill payments should not be set to occur from 10/1 until system integration is complete and we notify you that Online Banking is able to be logged into.

FRIDAY 10/2 | SYSTEM INTEGRATION BEGINS

BRANCHES:

All branches will close at 5:00 PM.

CONTACT CENTER:

Our Contact Center will also close at 8:00 PM.

ONLINE BANKING/BILL PAY/MOBILE BANKING/ETRANSFERS/POPMONEY:

Online Banking, Bill Pay, eTransfers, PopMoney Transfers, and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable starting at 5:00 PM.

DEBIT CARDS:

Starting at 5:00 PM, your Melrose Bank debit card will be able to be used only for purchases or ATM withdrawals.

STATEMENTS:

10/2 will be the final day of your statement as a Melrose Bank customer. All subsequent statements will be generated from the Cambridge Savings Bank system.

LOAN PAYMENTS:

Loan payments that are scheduled after 5:00 PM will be processed on Monday (10/5).

SATURDAY 10/3—SUNDAY 10/4 | SYSTEM INTEGRATION WEEKEND

BRANCHES:

All branches will remain closed over system integration weekend.

CONTACT CENTER:

We are here to help. However, due to our systems being down this weekend, we may be limited in our support. We appreciate your flexibility and will be fully up and running by Monday (10/5) at 8:00 AM.

Saturday, October 3 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday, October 4 - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

ONLINE BANKING/BILL PAY/MOBILE BANKING/ETRANSFERS/POPMONEY:

Online Banking, Bill Pay, eTransfers, PopMoney Transfers, and Mobile Banking services will continue to be unavailable through system integration weekend. Bill payments, scheduled recurring transfers, and automatic eBill payments that are scheduled to occur during this time will be processed on Monday (10/5).

DEBIT CARDS:

Your Melrose Bank Debit Card will be able to be used only for purchases or ATM withdrawals.

STATEMENTS:

Your new statement as a CSB customer will start on 10/3 and you will receive it at month end or quarter end for statement CD accounts.

LOAN PAYMENTS:

Loan payments that are scheduled during this time will be processed on Monday (10/5).

MONDAY 10/5 | SYSTEM INTEGRATION COMPLETES

BRANCHES:

Our Melrose branch will open at 8:00 AM. All other branches will open at their standard hour.

Our Contact Center will open at 9:00 AM.

ONLINE BANKING/BILL PAY/MOBILE BANKING/ETRANSFERS/POPMONEY:

We anticipate that these services will be available by 4:00 PM and we will send you an email once available.

Bill payments, scheduled recurring transfers, and automatic eBill payments will now be processed.
